Featured Bride Wedding Video

One of my bridal couples Michele Kravetz & Trent Jurewicz have shared their wedding video with me, so i have decided to share it with all of you. Well 2012 is just around the corner, so what are the exciting new wedding trends for next years bride to be?
A lot of inspiration has been taken from the Royal Wedding of 2011 with Princess Kate's dress. Long sleeves and lace wedding dresses are making a come back once again, a trend that comes and goes but can make a dress look very couture and vintage so thats always a win.

Illusion necklines and shorter tea length dresses are also back in, keeping with the vintage 1950's revival next year. Nice and cool for a hot summer wedding :D

Trending Colours for 2012 weddings are refreshing mint and vibrant tangerine. Which would also look great mixed together as a matter of fact! And for the more sophisticated bride then Latte is the colour trend for you, which would mix great with a modern styled simple clean wedding OR a vintage lacey wedding theme. So versitile :D

And lastly for your wedding reception decor natural materials and wood are looking very trendy with more and more environmentally friendly brides tie the knot. Try some tall centerpieces on your reception tables to pack a big visual punch and to save room on the tables for your guests. (thats one of my biggest hates at a wedding, is when the table is cluttered theres no where to put my arms or my camera).

New Garters, Bridal Headbands and Hair Flowers

I have added some new items to my etsy store :D



Simple and elegant white satin bridal headband adorned with different sixed white pearl beads to add texture and interest. As the beading is 16 inches long (40cm) its great to use as a headband but also can be used as a bridal sash. Less than half an inch thick (1cm).


Ive had a few of my brides come back to me after receiving their bridal garters, asking if i could make them their heir flowers aswell ! :D


ive decided to make these a regular line as hair flowers are in demand from my loyal brides.

These satin lolli pop flowers can be made in any colour of your choosing (please note colour in message to seller section, or colour as shown will be sent). Flower is secured to hair with a medium sixed bobby pin and the flower measures about 2 inches across.


Here i wanted to create the ultimate something blue bridal garter that was cost effective, modern and most importantly, CUTE. This white chiffon garter with sheer navy blue bow and Swarovski Crystal does just that. Comes with matching toss garter as a set.



A comfortable and simple garter set for a blushing bride. This beautifully delicate garter is made with a ivory lace motif attached to a soft ivory satin stretch garter. Comes with ivory satin toss garter and a little blue bow on the inside as your something blue, so you can keep this beautiful piece.
