All thing Geometric, Lace, Dickie Bows and Flower Crowns- Wedding Inspiration 2014

Hello everyone, sorry i have been away for a while again. I have just been back to UK for a month seeing family. I have been busy while i was away gaining new stockists so that means you will be able to shop for your Natalie Briggs garter in store as well!

I will start you off with some beautiful wedding treasuries to inspire your wedding! This season is all about Flower Crowns, Geometric shapes and delicate lace details!
The first 3 treasuries I picked were all featuring rose, pinks, golds and coral. All warm, girly colours! You can never go wrong with pink!

This year is the year of all things delicate. You won't go to a wedding with out seeing a flower crown or a  geometric patterned dickie bow! For more Flower Crowns check out Chic Vintage Bridal Blog!

Its all about the delicate lace details and dainty flowers in your hair and bouquet!

Geometric shapes are all the rage and i just love the pastel colour palette.

How to re- create the Kimye Wedding/ Get the look (Kim Kardashian)

So its all about the #kimyewedding on instagram right now and I don know about you but i am so excited to see the official wedding photos! And lets face it we are all swooning over her wedding dress!
This image from the back is just sexy as hell to put it bluntly! Her bootay! wow!

My favourite part of Kim Kardashian's whole attire is her veil! Isn't it magnificent? The lace detail around the edges is just beautiful. Kim's dress was created and designed by Riccardo Tisci. Riccardo is Kim's BFF and also the creative director of Givenchy! And I am in love with Kanye West's bow tie!

I wanted to give you all the opportunity to re create Kim's look and I think these dresses ail give you some inspiration! For more ideas head on over to the knot!

Fall Wedding Inspiration 2014

Following on from last weeks blog entry- choosing your wedding theme can be a hard choice! If you really can't decide go for colours that are trending! That way you won't struggle to find bridesmaids dresses in a particular colour and you will be able to match all of your accessories!

For a  beautiful handmade wedding shop on Etsy. This beautiful white wedding ideas was put together by Parsi a talented artist creating all things clay made for your wedding. Featuring the soft white chiffon garter to add class and elegance to your lingerie.

Navy Blue is big this fall and also a very safe colour to find navy wedding accessories. I just love this collection featuring EWT again.

Add some bright sunshine to your wedding! I am in love with lemon this year! It just radiates happiness  into your wedding!

Black Wedding Theme 2014

When it comes to choosing your wedding colour its not always as easy as yo think it might be! You may find the perfect bridesmaids dress and match every other accessory to the dress…or you might just have favourite colour!

With Vera Wang trending this year many modern brides are opting for a black wedding theme, yes black! Not your usual colour for a wedding and not even classed as a colour!

I think with the right accessories it can look very classy.

Ive found this beautiful black woodland themed wedding treasury on Etsy and i love the ideas as a whole. The feathers are so delicate and the dark black wood isn't harsh at all.

Now imagine all of these accessories with one of Vera Wang's black themes wedding dresses….perfection right? I am in LOVE! Who would have thought a black dress could be worn in a wedding? With the soft ruffles and chiffon gathered at the bottom Vera can make any dress look perfect for a  Bride!

Check out this Real Bride in her Black Wedding Dress.

Forget little black dress! What about you big poofy princess black dress for your wedding day! Its such great look for an alternative modern bride to be!:)

How Instagram your wedding!

Do you  ?

With technology trending and getting bigger and bigger each day its growing faster than we can keep up with it!

Trending at the moment is using #hashtags and Instagram to share and collect photos of your wedding day!!

Since everyone has smart phones now a days, what a better way to share all of your Wedding photos with everyone! It is also a great way of sharing your Wedding photos without them being plastered all of Facebook and clogging news feeds!!

So heres how:

1. Create a hashtag. This will allow you find your photos on Instagram. Type your hashtag into Google to make sure its not already in use as you want it to be original and easy to remember (short is best). Something like #edwardswedding

2. Have a sign on display that reads something like: “If you Instagram, use hashtag #yourhashtag.” It can be something as simple as a chalkboard sign.

 3. Include the hashtag in your wedding program, or give out cards with the hashtag.

4. Have a sign at each table reminding guests about which hashtag to use.

5. Run a slideshow of the Instagram photos at your wedding reception with your hashtag by using the Evenstagram app.

6. After the wedding, remind your guests about the hashtag via social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.)

7. Let your guests see all the photos online post-wedding by creating a slideshow with Statigram.

8. Print your Instagram photos using Printsagram. You can have your photos turned into mini books, calenders or posters. Due to Instagram copyright restrictions, you will not be able to print your guests’ photos. To get around this, simply have your guests email you the original files of the photos that you want to print

Have fun Instagramming!
